How Does Custom Designing Work?
1) Quick Quote

First have a good look around our website to get a good feeling of what kind of jewellery we do.
You are welcome to ask us any questions you like.
Once you have decided that you like what you see, click on Quick Quote and let us know, what can we do for you. We will contact you soon with your quote.
On the Quick Quote page you can pick from two options:
- I Know What I Want
Here you can describe your jewellery idea and even send us a picture. We will
discuss your design and give you the exact quote. If you are happy with the
quote we can proceed with creation of your new unique piece of jewellery.
( Go to step 4).
- Let's Design Some Jewellery
Here you can pick from many options to give us some ideas, or just describe
what you feel it should look like and we will design it for you.
The more information you'll give us the better.

2) Design
|
|
If you are satisfied with our offer, we can start communicating about the design.
Once we have enough information, we will draw few pictures for you to choose from. You can than comment on what you see and if there is anything you want us to change, we will gladly change.
This takes about 5-7 working days.

3) Final Quote
|
|
When you are happy with custom design and we agree on used materisls and stones we will than contact you with exact price. This is usually very close to our previous quick quote and reflects the final price.

4) Deposit
|
|
The deposit is required to cover cost of materials and preciouse stones.
Once the deposit appears on our account we will start creating your item.
|
|
|
5) Creation
|
|
Finished piece: 9 carat white gold, diamond and aquamarine
pendant on omega chain
|
|
|
|
|
Time necessary for creation of a new piece of jewellery may vary from item to item and depends mainly on design and used materials and stones. Allow usually 2-5 weeks for the process.
If due to unexpected circumstances changes are required we will contact you to discuss possible options. You are also welcome to check the progress and alter the design, should you wish so.

6) Final payment and postage
|
|
When your piece is finished you will be notified via email containing a picture(s) of your item. If you are happy with what you see we will ask you to pay the remaining amount. We than use signature required courier pack to post your goods.
After you receive your jewellery, you can write your feedback on our service and the actual product as we like to place those on our website.
