From the first moment I spoke with you about getting my engagement ring re-made to finally receiving our beautifully completed wedding rings, you have been truly amazing. You never failed to keep me informed throughout the whole process. Firstly with my engagement ring I recall talking with you on the phone once and the rest was all done via email descriptions and my less than perfect drawings and yet you re-made my ring perfectly, every detail is absolutely flawless. I have to admit, since I live in Auckland and you are in Christchurch, at first I was a bit reluctant dealing at such a distance but from our first conversation you reassured me that most your clients are long distance, and from the pictures on your website I could see you had a lot of happy customers.

We have just received our wedding rings and they are so perfect, exactly everything I imagined and more!

   My Husband asked you to design a ring for me combining my engagement,wedding and
   eternity rings.
   The monitory value had never been high so I wasn't expecting anything outstanding to
   look at. Of course emotional and historic value, where we were, how old extra that
was different.I was extremely upset when I had to have the rings cut off as the joints in my
fingers started to swell.So my dear Husband found you on the net and quietly went
and organized for you to create a new ring out of all my lovely memories.The first time I
saw your sketch I knew you were very talented,and when Keith presented the ring to me.I
